Training led from within
Our care is only ever as good as our team, which is why training sits at the heart of Tregwilym Lodge. Led by our Training Manager, Magda Kowalska, we provide specialist, ongoing dementia training so every member of staff is confident and skilled in supporting people living with dementia.
Specialist dementia knowledge
All of our staff are experienced in the different types of dementia and trained to support both everyday needs and more complex situations — including physical and cognitive challenges. This means residents receive consistent, knowledgeable care, whatever their needs.
